I'm Chris Dickson, founder of D.M. Talent. I've spent ten years recruiting engineers, in agencies and in-house, most recently hiring the mechatronics, software and mechanical engineers who built a new manufacturing line for next-generation solar cells. Sitting on the hiring side taught me what actually makes these searches succeed: understanding the work well enough to know who can really do it.
